Forno wood-fired catering, formerly known as Pranzo Forno, was started back in 2008 by Joe Pinzone, who would take his one small oven to local farmers markets and small events around the city. In January of 2015 rebranding took place with the acquisition of now Co-Owner Matt King. After much time, effort and learning Forno is now a full service catering company with 3 wood fired ovens, 20+ employees and has the vision to continue to grow to its fullest potential.

Forno wood-fired catering is the hottest way to have your event catered. We specialize in gourmet wood-fired pizza and serve a wide array of buffet styled options. Our delivery gives customers a unique, enjoyable experience in a friendly and interactive way. We have portable wood fired ovens that we travel to your event with and allow guests to watch the gourmet food be cooked right in front of them. Our concept gives us the ability to tailor our food to individuals’ preferences at the time of the event and can cater to specific needs. We continuously strive to create a one of a kind experience for our customers and leave them satisfied, but wanting more.
